Thomas Hill Watts (January 3rd, 1819-died September 16th, 1892), Confederate Governor of Alabama, 1863-1865.
Thomas Watts was born, in the Alabama, son of John Hugh Watts and Prudence Hill. He signed the Alabama Seccesion Ordinance, for Alabama and served as Attorney General in Jefferson Davis' Cabinet. He was elected Governor, in 1863 and served until April 1865. He was a member of the Democratic Party.
