Richard Lucian Page, Confederate States Navy Commander and Brigadier General.
Richard Lucian Page (born December 20th, 1807, at Norfolk Virginia, died August 9th, 1901) was a Commander in the Confederate States Navy and a Brigadier General in the Confederate Army. He was assigned to Command the Outer Defenses, of Mobile, Alabama on March 1st, 1864. He is buried in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Norfolk, Virginia.
